Rakesh joined Rexel in Sep’2019 and has a key strategic role in Business and its Finance function. He has over 20 years of rich and extensive experience gained across varied industries and geographies. In his previous roles, he was instrumental in setting-up green field retail business, centralized finance function and process stabilization. He is well experienced in leading complex and matrix organization.

Nehal has 19+ years of experience in Industrial automation & electrical products. He joined Rexel India in July 2014 as Branch Manager for Vadodara – Gujarat with the responsibility of branch sales & operation. He then moved to the role of managing sales & profitability of MRO & Lighting business PAN India basis. Industrial Automation, Transportation & Energy Efficiency Solutions are the major growth initiatives for Rexel India vision and aligned with a tag line – Rexel, a world of energy. Currently he is the Chief Commercial Officer, leading all business verticals of Rexel India. Nehal believes “Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. Vinayak has an experience of 26+ years in the field of Industrial automation and operations. He joined Rexel India in June 2018 as Operations Head – India. Under his leadership, Rexel India is relentlessly building execution capabilities to provide our customers a best – in class delivery experience. Vinayak’s vision for Rexel India is to be the most preferred distributor of automation products to the Industrial market in India by deploying Information technology as an enabler in our operations and adapting rapidly to support the changing business needs of our Customers
