Rexel brings global expertise to India, aiming to be the top technical distributor for customers, suppliers, and employees with reliability and expertise. As the largest technical automation distributor, we have a turnover of over 800+ crores, 400+ employees (including 190 engineers), and a presence in 29 states with 15 branches and 15 stock points. We support customers with industrial automation, field instrumentation, complementary automation products, lighting solutions, and consolidation services, enhancing productivity and reducing energy consumption with innovative solutions from top manufacturers.

Our Management
Mr. Rakesh Jain
CEO - Rexel India
Rakesh joined Rexel India in Sep’2019 as CFO and elevated to Country CEO at end of 2021. He has over 25 years of rich and extensive experience gained across varied industries and geographies having worked with Indian and Multinational companies in India and abroad. In his previous roles, he was instrumental in setting-up green field retail business, centralized finance function, business strategies, and process stabilization. He is well experienced in leading complex and matrix organization.
Mr. Nehal Shah
Chief Commercial Officer - Rexel India
Nehal brings with himself over 24 years of all-embracing experience in Industrial Automation, Digital Transformation and Strategic Business Management. With a proven track record in managing P&L for the large scale business units, consistently delivering strong financial performance, he has been instrumental in solidifying Rexel India’s position as a leader in driving innovation and sustainable growth. In his previous assignments he held diverse sales and technical roles at organizations like Rockwell Automation, Yokogawa India and Dynamic Innovation (A GE Fanuc System Integrator). Nehal is passionate about driving sustainability, customer centric approach, technology development as well as workforce empowerment.
Mr. Kapil Sahal
Financial Controller - Rexel India
With over 22 years of rich and extensive experience across varied industries in the field of Accounts & Finance, Taxation and Banking, Kapil is a Masters in Financial Management. He joined Rexel in 2016 as Finance manager and got elevated to the role of Finance Controller at the end of 2021. In his previous roles, he played significant part in streamlining and automating the finance processes and functions, and looked after the merger and acquisition activities of the organizations. He is well experienced in understanding, handling and spearheading the financial processes of complex and diverse organizations.
